GloboCare – provides unique, extensive and unified care services to handle Helpdesk (CRM) requests across software industry. Vendors of products can configure product specific Helpdesk services and with of complete QOS.

Rationale for the product
Purpose of the product is to produce out-of-box solution to vendors to provide care services for their products to end customers. There are many CRM products available in the market and cost of those products are too expensive for small and medium business vendors(SMBs). There is no complete solution available for all kind of services which  vendors are looking for or most of the products avaialble in the market do not provide complete services for a particular industry or a vendor.
GloboCare is deisigned to suite SMBs with affordable prise. It provides complete solution for particular industry where the vendors can support their customer needs for different product portfolias.

Targeted Customers  
GloboCare targets software products across industries. Products from verticals such as Telecom, Manufacturing and Service industry.

Development strategy
GloboCare will be developed  based on incremental model. The Rational Unified Process is followed on each phases and the increments based on requirements, funtionalities and resource availability.
Some major functionalities are implemented using 3rd party products, for example Globocare workflow is sourced from extenrnal vendors.
Complete product is designed and developed by composing and integrating individual components.
